Our Mission

Our mission is to equip families with the tools and support to cultivate positive parenting skills and build healthy relationships. By providing access to programs and resources, we aim to help parents strengthen their bonds with their children and create a nurturing environment based on mutual respect, cooperation, and shared responsibility. Together, we can pave the way for families to reunify and thrive.

Our Vision

"Uplifting Families comes alongside families in an effort to equip parents, through hands on coaching, to reunify with their children. The parent coaches are fair, honest and have an open line of communication with each family to set every family up for success. Uplifting Families has the most home-like setting for visits and is ready to advocate for changes in visits to help the family feel most comfortable to spend time with their kids and develop better habits as parents. From a scheduling perspective, they are flexible and easy to work with, making them an ideal choice for case workers who are looking for supervised visit locations in Stone, Taney or Greene County."

"I’ve had to have supervised visits twice with Uplifting families. Janelle is an amazing person and genuinely cares. She was someone I felt like I could honestly “trust” during one of my toughest times in 2017. She’s watched me and my kid’s relationship grow tremendously since the day I met her, and I know it I ever needed anything she would go above and beyond to try and figure something out. Fast forward, things happen. Life happens no one is perfect I had to have supervised visits once again. Where I met with Liz Alley. Our first visit was at Big Air. She greeted me and my children with a welcoming hug and great energy. My kids loved her and I was able to connect with her as well. She cared to hear my story and get to know myself and my kids on a deeper level. Again another someone I felt like I could “trust” and had compassion for my current situation and wanted to see me succeed. These people genuinely care and want to see families together. I still have contact with these amazing woman God placed in my life. And I’m forever grateful for people that take the initiative to listen and get to know the parents on a deeper level rather then just what the judge “hears” in the court room; as every story and situation has 3 sides. The fathers, side, the mothers side and ultimately THE TRUTH.
Thank you uplifting families for being there for those who need good people on their side"

"Janelle, I just wanted to say thank you and it was a pleasure being under supervision by you. My daughter still talks about you to this day and asks if we will be going to the 'Janelle Park.' I got custody of my children today and it's absolutely fantastic!"

"I've liked everyone from your organization. Your workers do a great job of not making the situation feel awkward or uncomfortable in any way. I am sure you hear this often."
